Meet the Brains Behind ABBEY LEA

ABBEY LEA's unique spin starts at the source: its Founder, me, Dr. Abbey Boone. I started my career as a marine scientist, studying the ocean. After decades of capturing the ocean as a hobbyist, I brought these scenes back home to you, through ABBEY LEA.

The ABBEY LEA Brand draws inspiration from my scientific background, global research expeditions, the cultures that color our coastlines, and my upbringing in Washington, DC. My eye for composition stems from my deep appreciation for our natural world and the vibrant textures, colors, and compositions nature creates. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention my phenomenal husband, who, as an architect, has an excellent eye for design and helps shape this brand into what it is today - and where we'll be tomorrow (stay tuned).
