Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. ABBEY LEA accepts returns mailed within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Requesting a Return
Returns can be requested through your Customer Account or by contacting ABBEY LEA at hello@abbeylea.com (or via the ABBEY LEA Contact page) within 14 days of receipt. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If your item is damaged during shipping, please reach out immediately, at hello@abbeylea.com (or via the Contact page), and we will provide information on how to proceed. ABBEY LEA cannot process refunds related to damaged or defective items that are requested after 14 days of delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us for additional support. In some instances, you may receive your refund in the form of store credit. In such cases, store credit will be automatically attributed to your ABBEY LEA customer account.
