Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We realize your space is just as unique as you are, and fitting ABBEY LEA art into your home may require customizations. Additional print sizes, finishes, framing, and mounting options are available for custom order. Available customizations vary by piece and are subject to image composition, size, and print material. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Generally, once shipped, domestic orders within the United States take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please note that these are just estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We value sustainability - and that means minimizing carbon emissions associated with shipping from the US. Rest assured, we are working tirelessly to find overseas fulfillment partners that meet our sustainability and quality standards. Ultimately, our goal is that no matter where you are in the world, you can bring a piece of the coast into your home - after all, nearly half the global population lives near the shore.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your order's journey all the way to paradise - your doorstep.
What is your Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. ABBEY LEA accepts returns mailed within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping to ABBEY LEA HQ and any loss in value due to damage incurred during return shipping. Please see our full Return and Refund Policy for more information.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Damage associated with printing or the shipping process is extremely rare. Each ABBEY LEA product receives meticulous quality checks prior to shipment, and we strive for each piece to arrive a masterpiece. But hey, we're all human, and mishaps happen.
